This policy explains what Prize Verify ("we", "us") collects on this website, why, and who we share it with. Prize Verify is run on behalf of participating automotive dealerships so you can verify the promotional invitation they mailed you.
What we collect
- The Invitation Code from your mailer, which identifies the mailing and the dealership that sent it.
- Your mobile phone number, your email address if you choose to give it, and your name if you correct or add it.
- Your answers to the optional Quick Customer Survey, including any vehicle details or approximate monthly income you choose to share.
- The day and time of a visit, if you book one with the dealership.
- Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to measure how the site performs.
- An anonymous visitor ID stored in a cookie on your device, plus your device type (phone, tablet or computer) and the kind of site that referred you, so we can count visits and see how well the program works. It doesn't identify you and isn't used for advertising.
We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth or driver's license number on this site, and nothing here checks your credit.
How we use it
- To find your invitation and show its details.
- To send your information and survey answers to the participating dealership named on your mailer, so it can text you and verify your prize with you in person.
- To match your response to the mailing you received and measure the program's results.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of the site.
Who we share it with
Your information is shared with the participating dealership and with service providers that help us operate the program (for example, hosting and our campaign management platform), who may use it only to provide those services. If you choose to explore financing, the dealership may share your information with lenders under its own privacy notice. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you agree, the dealership may text the number you provide about your invitation, including with automated technology. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
Retention and security
We keep response records for as long as needed to run and measure the program and to meet legal obligations. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to people who need it.
Your choices
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. To ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, email us as described under Contact us below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will honor them as required.

Children
